Along with cognitive techniques, we use movement and breathwork, creating space to discover what your body is telling you. Movement is a powerful way to bypass our intellect—that tricky monkey-mind that interprets everything through story. Our bodies are wiser than we've been taught to think.
We can examine challenges arising in any context: work, family, your spouse or lover, your direction and purpose. You'll leave each session with a new awareness and a clear action plan to create the transformations you want to see—in yourself, and in the relationships surrounding you.
